Christine A. O'Neill founded Financial Solutions in March of 1999 after determining that she would like more balance between home and family life. Chris spent eleven years as Corporate/Partnership Accountant for Essex Investment Management Company, LLC in Boston, MA, during which she experienced all aspects of Hedge Fund and Management Company accounting and administration, as well as exposure to marketing and customer support personnel. Prior to her decade plus at Essex, Chris held numerous management positions including bookkeeper/office manager in the publishing, diagnostic labs, and hospitality fields. Chris is a graduate of Bridgewater (MA) State College, having received her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in English Literature & Philosophy 1981.
Linda A. Meehan joined Financial Solutions in September 2002 as a private client services administrator, and has become a superior hedge fund administrator. Linda's excellent interpersonal skills have earned her the title of Director of Client Services. Linda's background prior to joining Financial Solutions was in Hotel & Conference Management, including experience with Westin Hotels, Marriott and Sheraton Hotels in Massachusetts, and Holiday Inn in Seattle Washington. Linda has an Associates Degree in Hotel & Conference Management from Bay State College in Boston, Mass. Linda's experience in client services enhances her excellent drive to accommodate our client's needs quickly and efficiently. Linda has extensive experience in the unpaid career of child rearing, which has allowed her to bring a delightful communications skill to our firm, displaying a level of patience and humor that endears her to everyone.
Grace Adams joined Financial Solutions in September 2004 as a private client services administrator after a short four years in the unpaid career of parent and homemaker. Prior to that multi-tasking and patience building experience, Grace worked extensively in the insurance industry primarily with Brewer & Lord in Marshfield, Mass. Grace has excellent administrative skills and solid bookkeeping and office management skills. In the past year, Grace has moved into Hedge Fund Administration, and has excelled in that capacity as well. Her attention to detail and level of personal commitment to her clients is exemplary.
Dianne M. Nash joined Financial Solutions in June 2007 as Director of Information Technology. Dianne's background prior to joining Financial Solutions was in office management and computer programming. Prior to joining Financial Solutions, Dianne was a location office manager for 7 years at Macy's. and spent 10 years at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. as a senior programmer analyst. Dianne has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and an Associates Degree in Management from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass. Dianne's experience has already resulted in a streamlining of our internal procedures while her management background facilitates an ability to accommodate and anticipate client needs.
James L. O'Neilljoined Financial Solutions in January 2008, launching a satellite office in the Greenwich, Connecticut area. Jim's background includes significant accounting experience in the Construction Industry as a Controller and over 10 years as Business Manager for a law firm where his duties encompassed all aspects of financial reporting, systems administration, personnel and facilities for a 50-employee firm. Most recently, Jim has worked for a major title insurance company as an Agency Manager and Technology Specialist, where he acquired new and serviced existing accounts, while also responsible for software training and installations and audits of agent records. At Financial Solutions, Jim is concentrating on servicing clients on lower Fairfield County, Connecticut.
